3. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms & Third-Party Processing

We accept payments via credit/debit card, check, and other approved methods.

Azul Pool Company uses Thryv, a secure third-party platform, for scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing. When you make a payment using Thryv, your data is governed by Thryv’s policies:

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

Our services are performed in a professional and timely manner. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing access to the pool and surrounding areas on the scheduled service date.

• Informing Azul of any hazards or special conditions.

• Maintaining pool equipment unless covered under a separate repair agreement.
